Delivery time
We ship with reputed carriers. It takes up to 3-5 business days to metros and cities, and up to 14 days for rural areas. You will get tracking updates by email and SMS, and can check status in your account.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is free on orders above ₹499; a small fee applies below that. Express delivery is available at checkout.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? WhatsApp us at +91 80566 06020 within 30 minutes of placing your order. Every case is made to order, so cancellations after it goes to print are handled case by case and a refund can't always be promised.
Damaged or wrong item
Received a wrong or damaged product? Share your continuous unboxing video and product photos with our WhatsApp support. Once our team verifies it, we'll issue a replacement or refund (postage and handling may be deducted). Without an unboxing video we can't process damage claims.
